Better than I expected!

    Most of the exercises by Exercise TV are done without equipment. So I thought since I have been lifting weights for over 2 years now that I wouldn't get much out of exercising without equipment. Wow, was I wrong! Let me caution you about these exercises. When I was performing the squats, lunges, mountain climbers, and ab works, it seemed fairly easy to do, however I refrained from doing more than 3 sets of each. It's a good thing too, because the next day I was really sore. My recomendation is to take it easy to start off and see how much you can tolerate. Good luck.
